Tasks
| Duty Free -Lead negotiations with Duty-Free operators to establish and finalize OTB plans, ensuring alignment with seasonal buying strategies and business objectives. -Oversee inventory management, including stock allocation, inter-store transfers, markdown execution, and actions to optimize inventory productivity and profitability. Inventory management -Lead end-of-life inventory management by consolidating store inventories and driving liquidation initiatives through e-commerce platforms and DC events to maximize inventory productivity and minimize aged stock exposure. Weekly Action -Holding weekly meetings with the Korean retail team to understand sales situations, proposing and executing necessary product-related actions for business improvement. Leading appropriate support and communication of needs to the Japanese team. Seasonal Hindsight Initial Shipment Plan by door Floor Plan Additional tasks as needed |
Requirements
- Degree in business studies and distinctive analytical, planning skills
- At least 7 years of experience in Retail/Brand business (ideally in a Retail and Merchandise function)
- Specific experience in planning and allocation (ideally in a fashion brand)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong experience in Excel and AI
