-Develop seasonal buying and assortment strategies based on brand direction, market trends, customer demand, and historical performance.
-Manage pre-season buys and product selection, identifying key opportunities and investments to support business objectives.
-Monitor in-season sales and product performance, identifying risks and opportunities and taking actions to maximize sales and profitability.
-Analyze category, style, color, size, and inventory performance to optimize assortment and inventory productivity.
-Partner with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Regional/Global teams to drive category performance and execute product training.

-8–10+ years of merchandising experience in the fashion industry, preferably with experience in children’s wear.
-Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
-Fluent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional/global teams.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Detail-oriented, self-motivated, positive, and collaborative team player.
