About the job
Blue Bottle Coffee is looking for a talented and passionate Supply Chain Specialist to join our Blue Bottle Korea team. As the Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, and elevating Blue Bottle’s ability to share delicious coffee experiences with more guests nationwide. This is a highly integrated and connected position and will require your collaborative skills to ensure success with stakeholders across our Cafe, E-commerce, and CPG channels.
This position will be based in Seoul, Korea, and report to the Supply Chain Manager of Korea.

You will

• Trading
  • Facilitate import/export operations to support global collaboration and meet specific channel requirements, including key global events, from a logistics perspective.
  • Manage end-to-end import processes in compliance with local regulations and internal policies in collaboration with global and regional supply chain team.
  • Manage customs clearance and bonded warehouse operations in collaboration with stakeholders to meet business needs for all items  (e.g., Labeling, documentation, communication, etc.)
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) process and collaborate with relevant teams.
  • Oversee internal closing procedures related to import activities, including overseas remittance.

• Domestic Sourcing and Order Management 
  • Oversee inventory management and drive end-to-end supply visibility across all culinary and food product lines. 
  • Support B2B channel logistics and order management aligned with key corporate growth objectives. 
  • Support monthly inventory reconciliations by tracking daily stock movements and identifying variance root causes.

You have

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management (Trading, logistic, inventory management and etc) 
• Experience in FMCG or retail industry is highly preferred (FMCG Trading Experience) 
• A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheet skill
• Business-level fluency in English (verbal and written) and Native in Korean
• A comprehensive understanding of diverse supply chain models — including OEM, 3PL, and Direct Sourcing is highly desirable
• A love for delicious coffee, food, and care for an exceptional guest experience
