1) Supply Chain Operations Management

• Manage daily outbound operations to customers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor / secure stock availability for Market demand and optimize key inventory metrics (DIO, Inventory Turns, Gross Inventory).
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Manage procurement activities (intercompany and local sourcing).
• Establish and monitor SCM KPIs, analyzing performance and improvement areas.
• Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to balance demand and supply.

2) People Management

• Manage team workload, define roles and responsibilities (R&R), and provide coaching and training.
• Mentor team members to develop capabilities and enhance performance.
• Set individual KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.
• Build a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

3) Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare monthly closing reports and present to management.
• Develop and deliver S&OP reports and analysis materials.
• Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within the SCM function and across departments. 
• Support company-wide strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 to 15 years of total relevant experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and Logistics, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in SCM, logistics, purchasing, or production management.
3. Proven experience in leading S&OP processes
4. Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
5. Business level English (Written/Read/Listening/Speaking)
6. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
   - Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
