1. 10+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations, Project Management, Business Transformation, Retail Technology, or a related function. 
2. Strong understanding of retail operations, store execution, store lifecycle activities, business process improvement, and cross-functional project delivery. 
3. Proven experience supporting or leading complex local, regional, or global projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines. 
4. Excellent project management skills
5. Strong ability to translate business priorities into practical store execution plans and operational routines. 
6. Strong stakeholder management skills
7. Experience working with global or regional teams
8. Strong communication skills in English and Korean
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
10. Experience with retail systems, POS, store technology, reporting tools, and digital process improvement preferred. 
11. Demonstrated people management experience
12. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
13. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
14. Prior in-store retail leadership or corporate retail operations experience strongly preferred.
