• Lead and facilitate the analysis and forecast assumption, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
   

Planning Goals & Metrics

• Set and achieve planning-related goals and KPIs.
• Ensure alignment between supply/demand plans and financial plans.

 
Forecast & Inventory Reconciliation

• Continuously reconcile corporate forecasts and inventory management with financial plans.
• Ensure inventory targets are met, including turnover, to improve gross margin and balance sheet health.

 
Business Process & Systems Strategy

• Lead planning processes and system strategies to enhance service and profitability.
• Establish consistent delivery planning and PO management processes.

 
Operational Analysis & Improvement

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operations across the supply chain.

 
Global & Regional Planning Initiatives

• Participate in global planning initiatives and lead regional implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes, optimize inventory management, and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain process. 

 
Secondary Functions / Responsibilities

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with Global Supply Chain team, keep developing the retail planning and allocation process. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

• 10+ years in Supply Chain/Operations, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management processes.
• Solid financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in planning and operations tools/systems.
• Excellent communication skills in the local market language.
• Ability to build influential and collaborative relationships across functions.
• Ability to make independent decisions and motivate others in challenging situations.
