Drive Gucci Korea's retail performance through accurate analysis, target and incentive management, and data-driven insights that enable timely business decisions.
 
Key Accountabilities

• Performance Analysis and Management Reporting: Lead weekly and monthly performance analysis and sales closing across stores, channels and key retail KPIs. Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports that clearly identify business drivers, gaps, risks and opportunities, while continuously simplifying and adapting reports to evolving management and corporate needs.
• Target Setting and Performance Governance: Propose monthly store targets based on historical results, current trends and store potential, aligning target allocation with Retail and Finance. Track sales and KPI achievement by store and position level, ensuring accurate and timely performance reviews with Retail, HR and Finance.
• Incentive and Contest Management: Design and manage store incentive schemes and monthly contests, including targets, KPI mechanics, communication and progress tracking. Evaluate results to ensure fair execution, business relevance and measurable impact on team motivation and performance.
• Productivity and Sales Efficiency: Monitor productivity and sales efficiency per FTE in close partnership with HR and Finance. Identify productivity gaps and provide fact-based recommendations to improve resource effectiveness and store performance.
• Strategic Insights and Process Improvement: Translate performance findings into actionable recommendations, improved protocols and more efficient retail processes. Support Retail leadership in defining business priorities and evaluating the impact of key retail initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury fashion retail management, with a proven ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams
• Strategic Strong strategic mindset with agility to adapt and make prompt decisions in a fast-changing environment
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas and approaches through brainstorming and collaboration
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Fast and accurate execution to match the dynamic pace of the fashion industry

• Fluent in both written and spoken English
