Technical Service Manager/Coating Industry 를 모시고자 합니다. 

Role Purpose & Success Criteria
The primary objective of this role is to provide strong technical support to Clevios NTD customers in Korea and enable the successful qualification and commercialization of key customer projects.
 
Key priorities during the first 6–12 months:
•          Develop comprehensive knowledge of Clevios conductive polymer products.
•          Build strong technical engagement with key Clevios NTD customers.
•          Strengthen ownership and technical troubleshooting capabilities in collaboration with Sales and R&D teams.
 
Definition of Success for the role:
•          Successfully support the on-time qualification and commercialization of key customer projects.
 
 
Candidate Profile
Preferred seniority level:
•          Junior to mid-level professional with approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience.
•          Able to independently manage technical discussions with customers.
 
Priority industry backgrounds:
1.         Film / Coating / Printing industry (highest priority)
2.         Specialty chemicals, including conductive materials
 
Technical experience requirements:
•          Coating and printing processes – highly preferred (primary requirement)
•          Conductive polymers – preferred but secondary to coating/printing expertise
 
Key competencies:
•          Strong technical aptitude and learning agility.
•          Technical expertise is significantly more important than commercial/business development capability (approximately 80:20 ratio).
•          Ability to engage customers on technical topics and effectively troubleshoot application-related issues.
 
Customer & Market Focus
The role will primarily support:
•          Functional film manufacturers
•          Component manufacturers
•          Converting companies serving home appliance and display panel applications
 
While relationships with existing customers are already well established by the HEP Korea team, the successful candidate should demonstrate strong learning agility and the ability to quickly become a trusted technical partner.
 
Regular engagement will include:
•          Weekly updates on opportunities and applications
•          Technical discussions regarding project status and customer issues

Practical Requirements
•          Location: 경기도 광교
•          Travel: Approximately 20–40%, depending on project requirements
•          Language Requirements: 
o         Korean: Native-level fluency
o         English: Strong business communication skills, including technical discussions and presentations
