Responsible for end-to-end inventory and 3PL management across all channels. 
Ensure inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and compliance with the global standards.
Manage relationships with 3-party logistics and warehouse providers (3PL), customs brokers, and freight forwarders.

Minimum 12 years of experience in inventory management, SCM, logistics, or operations, with a preference for the luxury retail industry
Strong knowledge of SAP(S4 preferred), inventory flows, and 3PL operations 
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills 
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional tasks 
Excel proficiency, data-driven mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to train and guide store teams 
High sense of ownership, integrity, responsibility, and operational discipline 
Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
