An international manufacturing company is looking for a Cyber Security Lead. The selected applicant will provide technical leadership in security operations, incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
- Provide technical leadership and skills development for analysts
- Detect and respond to security incidents across the organisation
- Perform digital forensics and incident response
- Conduct proactive threat hunting based on threat intelligence
- Contribute to the production and tuning of detection rules
- Contribute to the creation of runbooks
- Perform root cause analysis and incident reviews
- Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of incident response plans
- Contribute to evaluating new security technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of security detection and response
- Contribute to vulnerability management
- Validate and triage identified vulnerabilities
- Track remediation efforts through to completion
- Participate in rapid action efforts or other emergency response as needed
- Provide regular reporting
