MAIN MISSION
- Execute Fendi Korea Retail Training Strategies based on Business Goal and retail store team development
- Ensure high level of luxury client experience and strong client relationship through initiate diverse training approach
- Cultivate store talent in order to develop their skill and nurture them to qualify as experts

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Strategies Support through Training actions
- Provide training in order to achieve the business target and keep high level of Client Experience
- Coach store management team to conduct effective in-store training & coaching (e.g. Product, Trainings, Morning Briefing, Touch base skill), to nurture their store teams, providing on the spot observation of coaching of store manager
- Develop Training material based on business strategies aligning with WW training team's material- Follow tangible indicators to measure the performance and business impact of all training activities, monitors KPIs and seek continual improvement and positive business impact. 

2. Retail Talent Development (Mainly Experts and Store Managers)
- Design and Planning all training session collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, HR, CRM, VM, AFSS (e.g. Fur Expert, Styling Expert, CRM Ambassador, VM Ambassador, AFSS Ambassador, Store Manager)
- Preparation before the training (Training needs assessment, Develop training contents, Set training dates consider retail calendar, Participants selection)
- Conduct the training (Mainly Store Manager, Department Manager, Experts, Ambassadors, Some of Induction)
- Follow up after the training (access the ROI of the training , evaluate effectiveness of training programs, and identify further training needs) 

3. Korea Retail Training Management
- Retail Training Budget Planning & Cost control- Create training module to support VIC event (e.g. Fur trunk show, In-store event)
- Execute expertized training program in collaborate with external training consultant (e.g. Styling class, Leadership coaching, Leather Academy)
- Roll out and Follow up on Client Experience Evaluation Program (Mystery Shopping & NPS)
- Monitor training progress and evaluate effectiveness of training programs (eg.Classroom, E-learning contents, cost, material, envornment)
- Support People Development strategies

4. Global Training Strategies Support
- Preparation of Monthly HQ Retail training seminar (Best practice sharing)
- Roll out and Follow up WW Training Project- E-learning cotents final check and correction before upload to official E-learning website and translation quality monitoring
- Communication pipeline between HQ Training team, local stores and office team
- Monthly Training Report Consolidation & Maintenance

EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Training required
- Luxury experience appreciated
- Retail experience appreciated

QUALIFICATIONS
- University Graduated
