Tasks
- Lead the development of the digital and technology strategy, framework, roadmap and operations, aligned to company key strategic pillars, working with the relevant global and regional teams, maison stakeholders, and product teams.
- Work closely with Global and Regional on strategy formulation, guidelines, directions and executions in the market.
- Proactively communicate to business stakeholders on market trends, competitor news, technology innovations, benefits and risks, and to provide recommendations.
- Manage and establish external partnerships – contractors, digital technology vendors, start-ups, and research or university for innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum Relevant Experience: 15+ years
- Minimum 10+ experience in International/multi-geography retail business within FMCG, fashion, services, consulting or luxury industry.
- Excellent understanding of the APAC, especially Korea, consumer and technologies trends.
- Excellent communication skills, to be a leader and influencer, able to interact with all levels of organization.
