Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Retail, Marketing, or Brand Management
- Retail Manager experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry preferred
- Proven experience in both strategy development and execution
- At least 3 years of team leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and execution capability
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
