Tasks

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Coordinate annual statutory audits and tax audits with external auditors.
Provide financial analysis and business insights to support management decision-making.
Analyze and report variances between actual results and budget/forecast.
Manage corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other tax compliance matters.
Resolve accounting and tax-related issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably within a retail or consumer goods environment.
Experience covering multiple finance functions, including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A.
Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, AICPA, or equivalent) are a plus.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel preferred.
Good understanding of tax regulations, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
