Tasks
- Oversee the design and execution of the brand's shop-in-shops, ensuring an elevated brand experience for the customers.
- Lead team in the development of schematic design (SD) and design development (DD) drawing sets for new shops, renovations and refreshes.
- Ensure team members adhere to established AutoCAD, drafting, project management and directory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with all internal partners, (Construction, Fixture, Deco, Merchandise/Brand Image teams) to understand intended fixture usage and on new and custom fixture designs.
- Proficient in Sketch Up and rendering in Enscape with knowledge of lighting effects and material maps
- Ability to hand sketch is recommended
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or similar field
- 4-6 years in retail design experience, or similar commercial projects or high-end residential
- Superior understanding of all phases of an architectural project
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop, Enscape rendering
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
