VMD

1. Per the local marketing strategy, plan, create & source all displays for all Bick & Mortar stores - department stores & Shop-in-shop stores to support New Product launchings.
2. To work closely with the marketing and retail sales teams for the realization of VM plan in stores.
3. Forecast of all VMD materials to ensure delivery on time – Launching & Permanent POSMs.
4. Plan and provide the VM guideline to all the counters and vendor to ensure all the VM materials are well executed in store. 
5. To monitor, review and report on the results of launches and animations. 
6. To work with APAC reginal VM team to align with global VM strategy and create reports on local analysis and result when necessary.
7.  Plan VM budget and monitor the productivity of each activation and projects.
8. To support all the store openings, prepare the Store opening VM plan and source / order all necessary materials – POSM/ VISUAL etc.
9. For major product launchings, proceed the design process for HPP or Outpost under HQ & APAC Guideline and execute per the plan.
10. Respond to defectives and breakage report of fixtures and fittings from counters

POSM

1. Monitor the POSM stock level regularly to keep within the planned budget.
2. Manage and coordinate production of local POSM in terms of order placement, revision and printing.
3. Manage cost/expense and payment-related administrative tasks.

□    Education:
University graduate or technical school in artistic major

□    Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in visual merchandising experience, especially in consumer goods or handling POSM in a printing/event company or ad agency

□    Languages:
English skills preferable, occasionally reading and writing e-mails are requested.
