[Tax]
i) Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, reporting, quarterly and year-end provisions, financial disclosures, and required submissions to Group Tax.
ii) Lead tax audits, maintain compliance with applicable tax policies, and monitor internal control procedures.
iii) Develop tax strategies for domestic and cross-border activities, including M&A, financing, and corporate reorganizations.
iv) Manage transfer pricing documentation, planning, audit defense, and Advance Pricing Agreements.
v) Analyze tax issues and prepare advice, briefings, reports, and explanations for management and Group Tax.
vi) Coordinate with business units, headquarters, advisors, legal counsel, and authorities, and provide tax updates and employee training.

[Customs]
i) Ensure compliance with customs rulings, tariff regulations, foreign trade laws, and export control requirements.
ii) Manage and improve import and export procedures, including customs clearance, free-circulation declarations, and transit procedures.
iii) Manage Advance Customs Valuation Agreements, AEO reporting, and preferential tariff claims under Free Trade Agreements.
iv) Monitor import/export regulations and review customs authorizations, licensing requirements, and process developments.
v) Supervise service contractors and collaborate with Group Customs, authorities, and external consultants to optimize customs processes.

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Law, or a related field is required.
✓ Certified Tax Accountant or Certified Public Accountant qualification is required.
✓ 10-15 years of experience in tax and customs management within a multinational company or a tax and customs advisory firm is required.
✓ Experience in the automotive or a related industry is preferred.
✓ Professional proficiency in Korean and English is required.
✓ Strong knowledge of Korean tax, customs, foreign trade regulations, transfer pricing, and tax compliance.
✓ Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
✓ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
✓ Ability to integrate people, processes, and systems and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
✓ Strong organizational, resource management, adaptability, and continuous learning skills.
✓ Proficiency in relevant business software and digital tools.
