1. Logistics:
- Coordinate inbound shipments with HQ customer care, including cross-docking, labeling, boutique deliveries, stock transfers, re-export shipments, and reverse logistics.
- Ensure POS and inventory accuracy by processing stock adjustments in Stealth, validating shipment invoices, and following up on credit notes.
- Support logistics activities for family sales, price changes, markdown relabeling, store projects, events, and product destruction.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, analyze operational performance, and collaborate with 3PL partners to reduce lead times, improve efficiency, and optimize logistics processes.
- Analyze logistics costs, support budget planning, and prepare regular and ad hoc operational reports.
- Serve as the logistics representative for retail and supply chain projects, including 3PL contract renewals and other operational initiatives, ensuring timely execution and effective communication with HQ and APAC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to understand business needs and recommend operational improvements.

2. Trade Compliance:
- Ensure import and export shipments comply with Customs regulations by validating shipping documents and transportation methods.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and Customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance, including HS code classification and country-of-origin verification.
- Maintain the Korean labeling database and coordinate product translations.
- Prepare and manage CITES, non-CITES, and other regulatory permit applications.
- Maintain shipment records, customs declarations, duty and tax records, and audit documentation.
- Ensure eligible products receive preferential duty treatment under applicable Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
- Support Customs inquiries, inspections, audits as required.
- Keep the Logistics Manager informed of regulatory changes and escalate compliance issues to HQ when necessary.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Positive, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Strong numerical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and macro knowledge.
- Knowledge of POS Cegid and SAP is a plus.
- Good time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent Korean and English communication skills for product master translation.
