Online Assistant (1y) - 네이버카카오, 백화점온라인 채널, 쿠팡컬리 등 담당

1. Online channel management 

• Support online channel operation to seamlessly manage monthly campaign
• Tightly manage online stock and inventory to prevent any out-of-stock and excess issue
• Work with counter parts to get proper supports for channel
• Conduct online site QA
• Handle monthly operational expenses for managing online channel
• Provide timely performance report on monthly activation

 2. Channel operation

• Regularly review current online business with online managers to sustain brand presence & sales targets
• Communicate with brand marketing team for new launching plan & stock managements and promotion
• Asset and Product page update and communicate with agency very closely
• Register new products & sets regularly for the sites

 3. Tracking and Reporting

• Update & report daily sales result
• Support to fill in a weekly report
• Support to make a monthly tracking report by using in-house tracking tools

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
 - University-level education
2. Experiences
 - 0.5~1-year experience in related field □ Internship experience preferred □ Make-up & Promotion competency preferred
3. Competencies
 - Effective Communication Skills □ Excellent multi-tasking ability □ Fast & Prompt action taking □ Verbal/Written in English competency
