- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual and quarterly business targets.

- Build strong relationships across the retail and consumer goods industry.
- Develop new distribution channels through strategic partnerships and retail activations.
Requirements
- 10~15 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Retail, or E-commerce. Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, retail distribution, and product development processes.
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
