Tasks

Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Specialist to provide temporary support to the Korea HR team for six months.
This role will primarily support recruitment, visa & immigration, HR operations, and employee programs and events.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding
• Support visa and immigration processes, including document collection, status tracking, and coordination with employees and external immigration counsel
• Support HR operations, including HR data and document management, onboarding/offboarding, and employee-related administration
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and support offer and pre-employment processes
• Support HR programs, employee communications, training, and company events

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or HR administration
Experience in recruitment coordination and HR administration preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Intermediate English communication skills for business purposes
