We are entering a new phase of growth in Korea — one of the most sophisticated and influential aesthetics markets globally — and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help execute our digital and social strategy on the ground.

About the Role
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is plugged into Korea's aesthetics and beauty self-media ecosystem, has a sharp eye for consumer signals, and can turn strategy into well-crafted content and campaigns day in and day out.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Ellanse Korea's digital presence — content, social, KOL coordination, and consumer listening — working closely with the Global Digital Head, our China market team, and local country / distribution partners.


Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Execution

• Execute Ellanse Korea's digital and social content across Instagram, Naver (blog / search / café), KakaoTalk, and TikTok
• Manage the day-to-day content calendar, posting cadence, community management, and asset localization
• Support campaign execution end-to-end, from briefing to go-live to post-campaign reporting

KOL & Doctor Partnerships

• Coordinate with beauty / aesthetics creators and doctor-KOLs — outreach, briefing, content review, and timeline management
• Maintain an up-to-date database of relevant creators and clinic partners
• Track deliverables and performance of individual KOL partnerships

Consumer Insight Support

• Run always-on consumer listening across social platforms, Naver search & café, and review sites
• Summarize trends, consumer conversations, and competitor activity into regular insight reports for the brand team
• Flag emerging topics, tension points, and content opportunities

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with the Korea country / distribution team on clinic-facing activation and co-marketing execution
• Work closely with the global digital team and China market team on asset sharing, best practices, and aligned campaign rollouts
• Support the briefing and coordination of creative, content, and production agencies

Must-Haves

• 2+ years in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or adjacent premium consumer categories
• Strong working knowledge of Korea's social landscape: hands-on familiarity with Naver, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, KakaoTalk, and the aesthetics / beauty creator ecosystem
• Consumer sensitivity — able to spot trends, read social conversations, and distill what you see into clear, useful summaries for the brand team
• Solid execution skills: organized, detail-oriented, reliable on deadlines, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
• professional working English for regional and global collaboration
• Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred 

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting injectables, energy-based devices, or prescription-grade aesthetics brands
• Familiarity with Korea MFDS medical device advertising regulations
• Existing contacts with aesthetics clinics or doctor-KOLs in Seoul
• Comfort with AI-assisted content and workflow tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney)
• Basic design / video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Figma)
