•     Leading overall product strategy together with cross functional EN/CV product mission teams and customer engagement team with strong empowerment.
•     Leading marketing strategy development and execution with strong data and insight analysis, stakeholder engagement and driving close cross functional collaboration to deliver excellence in outcome to contribute brand revenue and profit for sustainable business outlook.
•     Close collaboration with EN/CV mission team lead and activate strong co-creation with product mission team members for business success as a core member of the team representing marketing.
•     Reporting to MAPA (Market Access, Policy & Advocacy) / Marketing Lead for continuous capability development and advancement of ample career path.

•     Strong experience and understanding of marketing/commercial in pharmaceutical industry 
•     Advanced understanding of Korean pharmaceutical market with strong ability to analyze market insight
•     Excellence in communication, presentation, strategic thinking and fostering collaboration with customer
      focus
•     Strong leadership, agility & play to win mindset with integrity and accountability
•     Fluency in written and spoken English
