A leading global luxury fashion house is seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager to lead the Men’s Ready-to-Wear and Shoes categories in Korea.
This position will drive merchandising strategy, seasonal buying, assortment planning, inventory optimization, and retail performance. The role requires hands-on operational leadership for Men’s Ready-to-Wear, along with strategic oversight and final decision-making for the Men’s Shoes category.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 15 years of merchandising experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Strong experience in seasonal buying, assortment planning, OTB management, inventory allocation, and retail performance analysis.
• Deep understanding of the Korean luxury market, fashion trends, and consumer behavior.
• Experience managing Men’s Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, or related fashion categories is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex retail data, including sell-through, OTB, WOS, and margin by store and product category.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with retail planning and analytical tools such as Power BI or Anaplan is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Experience communicating and negotiating with global headquarters and international stakeholders.
