• Perform Order-to-Cash process (from customer PO receipt to tax invoice billing)
• Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation to customers
• Create new material, customer, vendor codes in SAP for order processing
• Perform credit limit release request
• Issue Credit / Debit Notes
• Arrange rebate and commission payment
• Perform closing activities (monthly & year-end)
• Manage AR/AP status
• Handle customer complaints (create complaints in the system and communicate with related parties)
• Manage logistics issues (customs clearance, goods delivery, etc.)
• Perform inventory and warehouse management activities (inventory level monitoring, arranging goods in & out)
• Perform sample management activities (sample requests, delivery arrangement, stock replenishment, etc.)
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and attending interviews when necessary
• Prepare customer-required documentation (Declaration of Origin, Statements, Certificates, Letters of Confirmation, etc.)

• Manage export operations, including export order processing, customs documentation, export declaration, and coordination with freight forwarders and overseas customers
• Coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with export regulations and trade requirements
• Manage domestic sales order processing, delivery schedules, and customer service activities
• Support domestic and export customers regarding order status, delivery issues, and documentation requirements
• Prepare and manage trade-related documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and other export/import documentation

- 제품의 무역(수출) 관련 직접 실무 담당 경력 3년 이상 - 10년 미만
- SAP 사용 경험 필수 (이력서에 본인이 사용한 ERP 시스템 기재 요망)
- 기본적인 영어 활용 능력
- 고객 중심 마인드, 원만한 대인관계 스킬
