CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion and ensure their execution with multichannel engagement to achieve product objectives.
• Manage and develop product life cycle plan with market development.
• Lead brand/in-field team and collaborate with other function to get brand objectives.
• Developing annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets.
• Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
• Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecast with suggested action plans to achieve the proposed forecast.
• Maintain contact with key customers to follow up promotion efforts and keep informed on needs of the customers.
• Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
• Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
• Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals.

 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong business awareness and analytical skills including strategic thinking, and business planning.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
• Strong communication skills.
