1. Pre-season Merchandise Planning
- Lead merchandising aspects of buying (OTB, sales trend analysis) for Lux & Lauren 
- Review APAC assortment proposals and recommend localization opportunities for the Korea market
- Manage assortment planning, SKU productivity and delivery plans 
 
2. In-season Merchandise Management 
- Monitor weekly sales, sell-through, margin and inventory performance
- Identify sales opportunities and risks, recommending actions such as replenishment, markdown, delivery adjustments and inventory rebalancing
- Lead weekly business reviews and provide product performance analysis 
- Provide seasonal product training 
 
3. End-season Merchandise Optimization
- Review seasonal performance and summarize key learnings for future buys
- Identify carryover opportunities and recommend liquidation strategies
 
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Communicate daily with HK merchandising team to ensure proper assortments and depth are allocated to drive sales 
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Brand Image, Marketing, Retail to maximize sales.

- Merchandising experience in fashion field (min. 7 years)
- Fluent English communication skill with strategic thinking 
- Excellent in Excel and data work
- Strong attention to details, positive attitude, self-motivated, team player
