1. Merchandising Strategy & Buying

• Lead the seasonal buying process across W’s & Lux, developing compelling assortments aligned with brand direction, market needs and business objectives.
• Develop merchandising strategies based on OTB, sales trends, customer insights and door segmentation.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis across product trends, assortment and pricing.

2. Business Analysis & In-Season Management

• Monitor business performance by category, product and store, and implement commercial actions to achieve sales and sell-through targets.
• Manage seasonal inventory and stock levels in partnership with Planning and regional teams.
• Provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

3. Cross-functional Leadership & Team Development

• Partner closely with Retail, Marketing, Brand Image, Planning and regional teams to drive business priorities and execution.
• Lead seasonal product training and provide clear product and commercial direction to store teams.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering strong business ownership and merchandising capabilities.

- Minimum 15 years of merchandising experience, with strong expertise in Women’s and/or Luxury fashion.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills and commercial mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders.

- Strategic, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
