- The Group External Affairs Specialist is responsible for monitoring political, regulatory, and industry developments that may impact the business and proactively representing the company’s interests to key stakeholders. 
- This position strengthens relationships with government authorities, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other relevant organizations while advocating the company’s position on public policy, trade, mobility, electrification, and regulatory issues. 
- The role also supports stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, risk mitigation, and corporate reputation management to help shape a favorable business environment and ensure alignment with local and global business objectives.

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field is required. 
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. 
✓ Approximately 5 years of experience in international and local organizations is required. 
✓ A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in public policy is required. 
✓ Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. 
✓ Professional proficiency in Korean and English is required. 
✓ Knowledge of public policy, regulatory affairs, and automotive industry trends 
✓ Government relations and stakeholder engagement experience
✓ Policy research and analytical capabilities 
✓ Experience managing external stakeholders and industry associations 
✓ Strong communication and advocacy skills 
✓ Proficiency in MS Office and AI productivity tools 
✓ Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills
