2.Create the long-term strategy for assigned accounts and lead global implementation through country organizations and cross-functional counterparts.
3.Own the global project pipeline for assigned accounts and proactively establish project capture teams for priority opportunities.
4.Build multi-level relationships with customer engineering, project, procurement and executive stakeholders, including senior and C-level decision makers.
5.Drive the adoption of system solutions and specifications throughout design, procurement, construction and project execution phases.
6.Provide market and customer intelligence to global teams to validate and update corporate segment strategies.
7.Coordinate effective communication across the organization and act as the owner of assigned global accounts.
8.Travel internationally when required to support global accounts, projects and local teams.

1. 10-15 years of professional experience in semiconductor construction, EPC, engineering or a closely related project environment.
2.Technical background in mechanical, electrical or structural engineering and a strong understanding of complex capital projects.
3.Full professional proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international matrix organization.
4.Proven ability to build trust, negotiate, influence without formal authority, and engage senior and C-level customer stakeholders.
5.Strong project management capability across multiple geographies, functions and customer organizations.
6.Long-term strategic thinking combined with a self-driven working style and disciplined execution planning.
