Job Mission:

• Achieve highest output in all FBP(Fragrance Beauty Product = 즉, 코스메틱스 사업부) in-store VM & animation.
• Maintain VM consistency and excellence in line with the brand's standards.

 Key Responsibilities: 
In-store VM 

• Ensure all campaign activities are executed on time with attention to details.
• Ensure consistent in-store VM by implement VM standard maintaining alignment with global VM strategies.
• Based on the marketing calendar, and in close communication with MKT & Retail, make and distribute VM guidelines to stores.
• In close cooperation with Store Planning, propose VM plans for store openings that fits the store's concept and manage it to be fully installed in the store.
• Conduct regular floor plan reviews, actively offering guidelines that contribute to sales improvements and enhance client journey.
• During the KEM (key emotional moment) season, fully implement gifting-emphasized animation through store dress-up and activate the wrapping service.
• Communicate continuously with Regional VM to ensure designs are adapted effectively for the local context.
• Conduct quality check to ensure that local vendors accurately execute VM & technical guidelines.
• Visit stores regularly to train employees, implement VM standards, and provide guidance to comply with VM guidelines.

 Forecasting & Inventory management 

• Responsible for overall FBP VM Forecast and stock management via close communication with MKT & Regional forecasting team.
• With the accuracy of VM forecasting, maintain proper inventory and release it at the right time to avoid burdening slow-moving items.
• Organize and maintain an updated inventory of in-store VM materials to ensure timely ordering based on VM execution plans and store inventory.
• Periodically inspect all VM materials in the store for good condition and handle repairs or replacements as necessary

 Budget Control 

• Manage spending within the budget allocated for VM updates and VM material allocation and report progress to the manager as appropriate.

BA(Beauty Advisor) Training 

• Update BA training content, distribute it to stores, and conduct regular training for BAs

Key Responsibilities: 
1. 인스토어 비주얼 머천다이징 (In-store VM)

• 모든 캠페인 관련 VM 활동이 일정에 맞춰 세부 사항까지 철저히 관리되며 실행되도록 한다.
• 글로벌 VM 전략과의 정합성을 유지하며 VM 기준을 실행하여 매장 내 일관된 비주얼 머천다이징을 구현한다.
• 마케팅 캘린더를 기반으로 마케팅팀 및 리테일팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 VM 가이드라인을 수립하고 각 매장에 배포한다.
• Store Planning 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 신규 매장 오픈 시 매장 콘셉트에 부합하는 VM 계획을 제안하고, 실제 매장 내 설치 완료까지 전 과정을 관리한다.
• 정기적으로 플로어 플랜(Floor Plan)을 검토하고, 매출 향상 및 고객 여정(Client Journey) 개선에 기여할 수 있는 VM 가이드라인을 적극 제안한다.
• KEM(Key Emotional Moment) 시즌 동안 매장 데코레이션(Store Dress-up) 및 선물 포장 서비스 활성화를 통해 기프팅 중심의 프로모션 연출을 실행한다.
• Regional VM 팀과 지속적으로 소통하여 글로벌 디자인이 한국 시장 환경에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있도록 조율한다.
• 로컬 협력업체(Vendor)가 VM 및 기술 가이드라인을 정확하게 실행하는지 품질 점검(Quality Check)을 수행한다.
• 정기적으로 매장을 방문하여 직원 교육을 진행하고 VM 기준을 정착시키며, VM 가이드라인 준수를 위한 코칭 및 지원을 제공한다.

2. 수요예측 및 재고관리 (Forecasting & Inventory Management)

• 마케팅팀 및 Regional Forecasting Team과 긴밀히 협력하여 FBP VM 관련 수요예측(Forecast) 및 재고 운영 전반을 관리한다.
• 정확한 VM 수요예측을 기반으로 적정 재고 수준을 유지하고, 적시에 재고를 배포하여 저회전 품목(Slow-moving Items)의 부담을 최소화한다.
• VM 실행 계획 및 매장 재고 현황에 따라 적시에 발주가 이루어질 수 있도록 매장 VM 자재 재고를 체계적으로 관리하고 최신 상태로 유지한다.
• 매장 내 모든 VM 자재의 상태를 정기적으로 점검하고, 필요 시 수리 또는 교체를 진행한다.

3. 예산 관리 (Budget Control)

• VM 리뉴얼 및 VM 자재 배포를 위해 배정된 예산 범위 내에서 비용을 관리한다.
• 예산 집행 현황 및 진행 상황을 적절히 관리자에게 보고한다.

4. BA 교육 (BA Training)

• BA(Beauty Advisor) 교육 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 업데이트한다.
• 교육 자료를 매장에 배포하고 BA를 대상으로 정기 교육을 실시한다.

 Role Specifications: Academic / Professional Qualifications

• Over university degree related to design major
• Architecture, Interior and Graphic design major preferred.

 Work Experience

• Minimum about 7 years of experience in design & cosmetic industry 약 7년 이상부터 고려 가능

• Advanced knowledge of MS Software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Advanced knowledge of Graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
