Tasks
- Develop and lead the overall retail strategy aligned with brand direction and business objectives.
- Set and oversee revenue, KPI, and profitability targets across all stores and boutiques.
- Translate business goals into actionable execution plans.
- Drive sustainable business growth through optimization of store network, productivity, and client development strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end retail operations across all stores and boutiques.
- Supervise store performance through Retail Managers while maintaining brand standards including VM and Quality of Service.
- Lead strategic decisions regarding store openings, renovations, relocations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key department store stakeholders.
- Monitor overall business performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning with Finance and HQ.
- Manage the retail budget including expense control and financial reporting.
- Drive CRM initiatives, VIP programs, and customer events to maximize revenue and client lifetime value.
- Lead, coach, and develop the retail organization.
- Ensure optimal staffing across the retail network.
- Set clear performance expectations and accountability.
- Evaluate team performance and support career development.
- Motivate teams through coaching, leadership, and constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in retail, fashion, or luxury industry.
- Proven experience in Retail Management or Brand Management.
- Strong background in:
- Business planning
- KPI management
- Budgeting
- Sales analysis
- Solid experience working with department stores and cross-functional teams including Merchandising and Visual Merchandising.
- Strong leadership with the ability to drive high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
