Job Title: Editor & Motion Designer

Job Summary:
This is a role for an editor and motion designer who contributes across the full creative process — from idea concepting and early-stage development through to post-production and final delivery.
 
You work across a wide range of formats — short-form social content, campaign films, branded assets, and product launches — with a strong emphasis on craft, visual storytelling, and platform-native thinking.

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with a Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Producer, Project Manager, and Writer to take projects from brief through to final delivery.


Description:
1) Edit and finish a broad range of content types: short-form social, campaign films, sizzles, product launches, and digital assets.
2) Apply motion design and typography to elevate storytelling across formats and platforms.
3) Contribute to local campaigns including Shot on our product, channel partner content, and Korea-specific marketing initiatives.
4) Create and optimize content natively for Korean platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Naver.
5) Collaborate closely across the team at every stage — from early concepting and prototyping through to final delivery.
6) Interpret and respond to creative and strategic briefs with a clear visual point of view.
7) Work with and give direction to external creative agencies when needed.
8) Integrate AI-assisted tools and workflows to work efficiently without compromising quality.
9) Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight, platform-driven timelines.


Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience as an editor and motion designer, with a focus on social-first and digital content.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong editing, motion, typography, and visual communication across finished, published work.
- Proven experience creating content natively for Korean social and digital platforms.
- Deep fluency in industry-standard post-production tools, with hands-on experience incorporating AI-assisted workflows.
- The ability to move fast and maintain high craft standards under tight deadlines.
- Experience working both in-house and alongside external creative agencies is preferred.
