[업무 내용]

• Lead and drive the business with the entrepreneur mindset to achieve company’s goals. Be vigilant and decisive to make change in plans in order to overcome uncertain competitive environment
• Drive annual marketing plan, annual marketing financial plan and A&P for all categories
• Build marketing strategy and plans based on market and target insights derived from quantitative/ qualitative data analysis
• Manage brand P&L and responsible total brand budget spending to spend proportionally for the business target and according to the set priorities
• Portfolio optimization including launching, relaunching, winning product positioning and exit right product for market opportunity
