Job Title: Merchandising & Supply Chain Assistant
Contract Period: 1-year Contract (Contract period can be extended under business circumstances and individual performance.)
Reporting to: Merchandising Director & Supply Chain Manager

Objective
This role will be assist of merchandising team to maximize brand’s desirability, capturing business ambition, profitability, and retail excellence, and you will work closely with Korea cross-functional teams, including Retail, VM, Training and PR/MKT, to optimize the merchandise offering and ensure seamless execution across our retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales and stock level of products both Seasonal and Permanent to follow up on allocation to maximize sales
• Participate in planning allocation of seasonal items and collaborate with VM to support each launching successfully and create allocation handbooks for stores
• Work closely with Logistic team for delivery of Products and arrange allocation process
• Send out seasonal product catalogues from global team to all stores
• Execute product retrievals from stores internally and globally
• Generate daily stock data
• Handle stores requests and assist stock
• Allocate stocks for outlet channel regular basis
• Support buying preparation of Merchandising team
• Support to prepare product training material

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in retail Merchandising / Allocation in Fashion/Luxury brands
• Positive energy
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written in English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Team oriented with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
