[담당업무]
- Covering institutional capital in Korea (SWF, PensionFunds, Insurance Co’s, Mutual Aid, Credit Unions) and identify their real estate investment preferences, with a focus on Asia Pacific (outbound capital deployment)
- Assist Korea Capital Markets team to identify and originate mandates in Korea across JLL Capital Markets service offering, with a focus on Korean institutional capital
- Keep list of relevant Korean institutional capital universe, including contact details and investment preference
- Share institutional investor intelligence with wider JLL (AsiaPacific) Capital Markets on a regular basis
- Participate in regional (global) mandate pitches
- Coordinate distribution in Korea with a focus on Equity Advisory mandates to enhance efficiency for deal leads, for example keep track of roadshow calendars, capture call notes and assist where needed deal teams with follow-up
- Assist in and join client roadshows where needed

Fostering Collaboration
Collaborate with Korea Capital markets team and all relevant offshore stakeholders JLL Capital Markets AsiaPacific with a focus on Equity Advisory but including Investment Sales and Debt Advisory. 
 
Knowing the industry participants
You have a good network of institutional investors in Korea.
