1. Responsible for sales business development 
2. Channel Management: Support, train, and develop local distributors and representatives.
3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and research institutions.
4. Technical Consultation: Work closely with engineering and application teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Coordinate with global marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and brand consistency.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical background. 
2. Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in industrial instrumentation, process control, or flow/pressure measurement equipment. 
3. Proven success in technical sales or distributor management in Korea.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills in Korean and English.
5. Willingness to travel within Korea and occasionally internationally.
