Tasks
- Demand & Supply Planning: You will execute demand forecasting for product categories and POSM by collecting and analyzing various data, including market trends, activities, commercial plans, and economic indicators. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and share market insights. You will implement and execute demand forecasting and management strategies for novelty launches and conduct forecast analysis and improvement initiatives.
- Stock Operations & Management: You will manage appropriate inventory levels and stock management policies and monitor stock health and implement strategies for stock optimization. You will coordinate business processes related to the import & export and ensure smooth inventory inbound and outbound with the logistics team. You will analyze the efficiency of stock-related business processes and propose improvement plans.
- Performance Management & Reporting: You will perform regularly monitor, and report on KPIs and identify stock-related opportunities and risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication: You will communicate market opportunities and risks to internal stakeholders, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Experience with SAP, BI, and/or Anaplan is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
