O Team Management & Leadership
- Lead team as a people manager to oversee team operations and task allocation.
- Support and empower team members to execute their duties independently and effectively.
- Manage and monitor task cycles across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly timelines.
 
O Sales Admin Management within Supply Chain & Logistics Team
- Oversee the end-to-end process and logistics flow from the France Central DC to the final destination RDC in South Korea.
- Manage import/export operations, customs clearance procedures, and pre-clearance Value Added Service
- Handle operations involving bonded transport and freight forwarding companies.
- Calculate and process payments for customs duties, VAT, and export clearance fees.
 
O Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate closely with the Zone Supply Chain team in Hong Kong and the Central Sales Admin team in Paris.
- Collaborate smoothly with internal cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure all tasks are conducted transparently, fairly, and in strict compliance with company policies.

- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
- Extensive knowledge of import/export management, customs procedures, and customs broker operations.
- In-depth understanding of Ocean Freight and Air Freight processes and associated lead times.
- Proven experience in processing customs duties, VAT, and related export fees.
- High ethical standards with a transparent and fair approach to work.
