1. Demand & Supply Planning: 
- Execute demand forecasting for product categories and POSM by collecting and analyzing various data, including market trends, activities, commercial plans, and economic indicators. 
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and share market insights. 
- Implement and execute demand forecasting and management strategies for novelty launches and conduct forecast analysis and improvement initiatives.
 
2. Stock Operations & Management: 
- Manage appropriate inventory levels and stock management policies 
- Monitor stock health and implement strategies for stock optimization. 
- Coordinate business processes related to the import & export and ensure smooth inventory inbound and outbound with the logistics team. 
- Analyze the efficiency of stock-related business processes and propose improvement plans.
 
3. Performance Management & Reporting: 
- Perform regularly monitor, report on KPIs and identify stock-related opportunities and risks and develop mitigation strategies.
 
4. Collaboration & Communication: 
- Communicate market opportunities and risks to internal stakeholders, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

- At least 5 years but less than 10 years of relevant work experience is highly preferred.
- demand planning & supply chain management experience 
- advanced skills in SAP, MS Office, BI, Anaplan, and adaptability to various system
- analytical thinking, problem-solving, Adaptability & Change Agility with Open mind.
- excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
