Logistics & Trade Compliance

1. Manage importation and exportation operations for goods and non-selling goods 
2. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for retail stores and duty-free channels 
3. Review import/export requirements and regulatory restrictions to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations 
4. Coordinate regulatory compliance activities, including recycling contributions and waste charges 
5. Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders 
6. Monitor delivery status and resolve logistics issues in a timely manner

Inventory Control

1. Analyze inventory/logistics-related costs, including COGS, and ensure accurate booking in the ERP system
2. Perform inventory provision calculations and analyze the financial impact of inventory
3. Perform inventory adjustments based on stock count results and identified inventory discrepancies
4. Process inventory reclassification transactions based on approved business requirements and accounting guidelines

Administrative Support

1. Perform sales reconciliations between systems
2. Maintain vendor master data and support new vendor registration
3. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or other related functions
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
4. Able to communicate effectively in both Korean and English
