본 포지션은 Business Leadership과 긴밀히 협업하며 Business Planning, Financial Analysis, Profitability Management 및 Performance Improvement를 주도하는 역할입니다.

정기 Business Review 및 주요 재무성과/KPI 분석
Forecast 및 Annual Target Setting 프로세스 지원
Customer/Business Unit별 Profitability Analysis 및 개선안 도출
월별 Management Reporting 및 주요 Performance Trend 분석
비용 효율화, Productivity 및 Profitability Improvement Initiative 추진
Investment 및 Business Case에 대한 재무 분석 및 Project Controlling
Business Leadership 및 유관부서와 협업하여 Data-driven 의사결정 지원
Corporate Finance Policy, Internal Control 및 Risk Management 기준 준수

Requirements

[자격요건]

관련 분야 학사 이상
다국적 기업 또는 Corporate Environment에서의 Finance / Business Controlling / FP&A 경력
Financial Planning, Analysis 및 Performance Management 역량
Commercial Mindset 및 비즈니스 파트너링 역량
Logistics / Supply Chain 산업 경험 또는 높은 산업 이해도 우대
다양한 Stakeholder와 효과적으로 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
한국어 및 영어 Business Fluent
