Retail strategy, sales and KPIs
Build annual and monthly sales strategy and action plans to achieve sales targets in partnership with store managers and sales staff. Monitor and analyze sales trend, retail KPIs and market competitor data to come up with intervention plans based on data driven insights
 
Track market environment and consumer behaviors including overall retail market, stores in responsible areas and competitor activities to identify opportunities and plan ahead to optimize retail strategies 
 
360 commercial strategy drive
Work closely with internal stakeholders and teams (Merchandising, Allocation, Marketing, Brand Image, CRM and P&D) to ensure consistent execution of product launches, campaigns and 360 supports are ready for optimized sales
 
Lead cross functional projects and execution of joint initiatives and in-store campaigns to drive revenue and improve customer experience across all touch points
 
Store management
Oversee the daily operations making sure that stores follow brand standards while achieving operational efficiency and exceptional customer service
 
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to store managers and staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment
 
Coach store team and drive recruitment, training, development, and retention plans for sales staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management in fashion, luxury or relevant fields
• Proven track record of success in driving retail sales growth, optimizing store operations, and achieving business objectives
• 10+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple stores
• Strong understanding of the Korean retail market, including customer trends, competitive landscape, and retail best practices.
• Fluency in English and Korean is required
