1. Data input
•Closely communicate with Vessel capacity manager for correct inputting of booking data
•Input the accurate booking/receiving data into the system
•Closely monitor booking data and its shipping plan on the system inputted by each regional office
•Segregate special care cargo such as IMDG, Military & etc. on the system and share the information with the concerned parties

2. Data review & confirm
•Update the booking data when it changes in due course
•Identify discrepancy between booking data, cargo allocation plan and actual data in field and coordinate with the concerned parties (Vessel capacity manager & Stowage planner)
•Ensure the accuracy of overall booking data based on Vessel allocation plan
•Ensure the accuracy of ocean freight/surcharges3. Result comparison
•Confirm & compare the status between loading result (or B/L) and booking data 
•Ensure that loading result (or B/L) is consistent with booking data and share difference with the concerned parties if found 
•Revise booking data which is different for loading result (or B/L) if necessary System coordination 
•Identify efficiency of booking system & workflow and share with the concerned parties if necessary

• 해운, 물류, 고객 서비스, 운송 계획 등 관련 분야 신입~경력 5년 차
• 일본어 능통 및 비즈니스 수준의 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 대학교졸업(4년)이상
