•    Develops Safety awareness of maintenance associates
o    Promotes corporate safety programs and targets
o    Builds awareness by presenting safety events of the factories and supports best practices sharing across sites
o    Shares and discuss findings from insurance corporate audits

•     Drives Maintenance Transformation 
o    Aligns Region Stakeholders on Global Maintenance Strategy. Engages site leadership and technical teams on the program 
o    Support program implementation with remote and on-site “Teach, Coach, Assess” activities
o    Leads deployment and continuous improvement on global standard Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other maintenance tools including Predictive Maintenance and AI.
o    Facilitates Maintenance workshops to drive Standardization of assets maintenance 
o    Co-leads with Indirect Commercial, activities on Maintenance Repair Operation (MRO) with selected supplier

•    Leads Sustainability in a Generation (SIG) Program
o    Serves as the Region's ambassador for Sustainability Program on Operations, with a required focus on scope 1 emissions
o    Drives initiatives on energy monitoring, energy reduction, decarbonization projects across sites. 
o    Supports the implementation of SIG KPIs in daily management system (FMOS) and coach Energy Monitoring users
o    Facilitates SIG workshops to drive gap closure against the SIG Playbook to reduce energy footprint through OPEX and CAPEX projects

•    Conducts period performance review 
o    Responsible for period reporting according to defined timeline. Ensures data quality 
o    Leads sites period performance both on Maintenance and SIG using Global KPIs with Technical Managers and Site SiG lead

•    Supports Engineering Team on projects
o    Collaborates with engineering team on projects design and write up according to PM Pillar and SiG by Design standards 
o    Supports Commissioning and Validation activities related to maintenance activities

•    Priority Settings
o    Deploys Maintenance 3-year plan according to Global plan, leveraging Regional business needs and Do it Best
o    Prioritizes with sites CAB projects for gap closure on SiG Playbook, energy efficiency initiatives, Utilities Masterplan, Decarbonization, Exceptional maintenance, 
o    Review CAB submission prioritization with Industrial Engineers through a 3-year plan 

•    Develops Resources
o    Actively coach and develop technical talent in the Region. Position plays a key role in recruiting, training, and succession plans pathways that build a robust maintenance and SiG community
o    Develops sites maintenance teams according to Maintenance strategy and specific MSE PM Pillar requirements. Coordinates technical trainings requirements across sites 

•    Connect with other segments of the Region  
o    Develops collaboration with APAC sites for benchmarking and innovation on maintenance, energy efficiency, decarbonization

Over 17 years of the experience above in global manufacuring environment
Expertised in Maintenance & Utility management
Moderate experiences in decarbonizied energy operation will be advantageous
Working independently

Fluent in English (Up to 40% of oversea travel required)
