Field Service Engineer 를 모시고자 합니다. 
Roles and Responsibilities
□ System Installation and Customer Acceptance Test
□ Review the Site Preparation with customers for new system installation
□ Install, test and qualify the sub-assemblies, system and test cell
□ Participated in sub-contractors/OEM products installation and qualification
□ Provide the Technical Support
□ System Hardware Trouble-shooting and Repair
□ Software and Firmware Installation and qualification
□ Be part of Continuous Product Reliability Improvement
□ Identify issues and improvement items and submit an RFA / CAR. Develop a
solution working with HQ staffs. Implement a Field Change Order (FCO).
□ Deliver customer training classes; Operations Training and Maintenance Training
 
 

Qualifications
Education and Technical Skills
□ Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
□ 7+ years of technical support experiences in Semiconductor or related fields
□ Electrical schematic proficiency
□ SolidWorks proficiency
□ Microsoft, Linux and C++ proficiency
□ Extensive experiences in ATE, Prober, Aligner and Large Capital Equipment
Skills, Performance and Availability
□ Versatile. Quick to learn. Open to adapt to new skills
□ Self-motivated. Able to work independently without supervision, as well as part of a team
□ Multi-tasking, Organization and Time Management skill
□ Good communication skill; both in verbal and written English. Foreign Language is plus.
□ Able to travel domestically and internationally
