• Develop and execute enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment excellence, employer branding, and strategic talent pipeline development.
• Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs.
• Drive Learning & Development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Lead Organization Development, Change Management, and Culture Transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to enhance workforce capability and organizational effectiveness.
• Utilize HR analytics, digital technologies, and AI-driven solutions to improve talent strategies and employee experience.
• Build strategic partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and external learning providers.

【 자격요건 】

• Bachelor's degree or above (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partner functions.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide talent strategies and leadership development initiatives.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving organizational transformation and change management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR data and digital HR solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Business fluent English is required.
