- Minimum 12+ years of experience in indirect procurement / sourcing experience within FMCG or Cosmetics industry.
- Experience in process transformation, cost reduction and project management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Good analytical skills and Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership skills.
