We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee the full finance function of the Korean business, including accounting, controlling, FP&A, tax, treasury, internal control, and business partnering.
This role will act as a key finance business partner to local management and regional headquarters, providing financial leadership, operational insight, and strong governance in a manufacturing-based business environment.
The ideal candidate should bring hands-on finance leadership experience, strong manufacturing controlling capability, and the maturity to lead a finance team while working closely with both local and regional stakeholders.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage financial reporting to regional finance and overseas headquarters.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Monitor and analyze key financial indicators including sales, COGS, inventory, operating expenses, CAPEX, and working capital.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and operational performance.
• Lead manufacturing finance activities, including cost analysis, inventory control, margin analysis, and profitability review.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and corporate governance standards.
• Manage statutory audit, tax filings, transfer pricing matters, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow planning, banking relationships, and related finance operations.
• Communicate effectively with external partners including auditors, tax advisors, banks, and professional service providers.

• Act as a trusted finance partner to the Country Manager and business leaders.
• Provide financial visibility and business insight to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead and coach finance team members, ensuring clear ownership, accuracy, and professional development.
• Work closely with regional finance teams and overseas headquarters on reporting, planning, and performance review.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, supply chain, HR, and other business functions where finance input is required.

• Support finance operations and reporting through ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 or other major ERP platforms.
• Drive finance process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.
• Support ERP upgrade, implementation, or system enhancement projects from the finance perspective.
• Improve data-driven reporting processes and strengthen finance visibility across the organization

• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or FP&A.
• Solid experience in manufacturing-based finance or controlling is strongly preferred.
• Broad hands-on experience across accounting, FP&A, controlling, tax, audit, treasury, and internal control.
• Experience in multinational companies or global reporting environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost structure, inventory, margin, and business performance drivers.
• Ability to communicate with regional finance teams and overseas headquarters in English.
• Experience with ERP-based finance operations such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, or similar systems.
• Proven experience in team management, people development, or coaching junior finance staff.
• Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful business insights.

• Experience as Finance Manager, Finance Controller, Head of Finance, or similar country finance leadership role.
• Experience working with regional finance leadership or overseas headquarters.

• Background in chemical, industrial materials, construction materials, manufacturing, or B2B industrial sectors.
