A global healthcare/medical device company (US-headquartered) is seeking an experienced Market Planner to join its Supply Chain organization. This role will liaise across internal departments and overseas factories/warehouses to ensure material availability and drive supply planning excellence across the region.
[ Key Responsibilities ]

• Liaise with internal departments and overseas factories/warehouses to monitor and follow up on material shipment status, minimizing out-of-stock risk
• Manage planning parameters within the company's planning/MRP systems
• Drive supply planning strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory levels
• Factor in regulatory requirements, logistics constraints, market dynamics, and new product launches into supply planning decisions
• Coordinate international logistics and shipping documentation across regions
• Partner with cross-regional, cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution

[ Requirements ]

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
• 5–7+ years of experience in supply chain management (warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory planning)
• Experience handling international logistics and shipping documentation
• Proven ability to work effectively across regions and cross-functional teams
• Strong command of English (verbal & written)
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong customer service, planning, and time management skills
• Able to work independently with strong initiative; good logical thinking and pressure-resistance ability
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with MRP systems (JDE Oracle, RapidResponse) is a plus
